6. Delivery and Shipping

Shipments are handled by external logistics providers, currently DHL Express. The shipping method and provider are subject to change.

Due to the thermal sensitivity of the products, shipments are made with:

  • Cold packs, or
  • Equivalent cooling systems

Delivery times are indicative unless otherwise expressly agreed.

7. Returns and Claims

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Visibly damaged or defective goods

Required conditions:

  • Reported within 48 hours of receipt
  • Proof of purchase and clear photographs
  • Original packaging, unopened and unused
  • Prior written authorisation from customer service

Unannounced or unauthorised returns are not accepted.

Due to the cold storage requirement:

  • Original cold packs must be included
  • They must have been frozen for at least 12 hours prior to return

8. Advice

Any advice provided free of charge is purely informational and given within a research context.

It does not constitute:
