Shipping Policy

Scandinavian Pen Peptide

This shipping policy governs the conditions for dispatching products purchased from Scandinavian Pen Peptide.

1. Shipping Method and Logistics Partner All orders are shipped via DHL Express. Every shipment is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery. To ensure product stability, goods are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs.

2. Delivery Zones Deliveries are currently made exclusively within Europe. For delivery requests outside Europe, please contact us in advance at: scandinavianpenpeptide@protonmail.com. We will assess available options on a case-by-case basis.

3. Processing and Delivery Times Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment receipt. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, and may sometimes be faster. During periods of high demand or unforeseen events, processing times may be extended.

4. Temperature-Controlled Packaging Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all shipments include frozen cold packs or equivalent thermal protection systems. Please ensure that an authorised person is available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt. Scandinavian Pen Peptide accepts no liability for any loss of quality resulting from a failed delivery attempt due to the recipient's absence.

5. Signature Upon Delivery All parcels are delivered exclusively against the signature of an adult at the specified delivery address. Shipments are not left unattended. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for arranging a new delivery directly with DHL.

6. Delivery Address and Delivery Issues The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. In the event of an incorrect address, we will endeavour, where possible, to redirect the shipment via DHL. If the error is on our part, a new shipment will be made at no additional cost. If the error is attributable to the customer, all costs for redelivery are borne by the customer. We accept no liability for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on the delivery country and the weight of the order. Free shipping is not currently offered. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

8. Order Tracking After dispatch, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment in real time.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts In the event of a failed first delivery attempt, DHL will automatically schedule a new attempt. The customer may also arrange a new delivery time slot or collect the parcel from a DHL pick-up point. Without a response from the customer, the shipment may be returned to us. In this case, additional charges for a new shipment may apply.

10. Damaged, Lost or Held Shipments If your delivery arrives damaged or if you experience a shipping issue, please contact us immediately at: scandinavianpenpeptide@protonmail.com. Lost shipments or delays related to customs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted in the destination country.

11. Legal Notice By placing an order, you agree to this shipping policy. Scandinavian Pen Peptide reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. The version in force at the time of the order shall prevail.
