Scandinavian Pen Peptide

1. Introduction

At Scandinavian Pen Peptide, we offer research-grade peptide formulations whose handling and transportation are subject to strict temperature and quality requirements. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, a limited return and refund policy applies, in order to preserve product integrity, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only in cases of visibly damaged or defective products. A return is only possible if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging
  • The damage or defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase and clear photographs of the defect or transport damage are provided
  • The return has been approved in writing in advance by our customer service team

Returns without prior authorisation or that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Scandinavian Pen Peptide expressly reserves the right to refuse any return that does not satisfy these conditions.

3. Products Excluded from Return

For reasons of hygiene, product safety and quality control, the following items are excluded from the right of return:

  • Opened or already used products
  • Products that have been improperly stored, including exposure to temperature deviations
  • Returns made without prior authorisation
  • Return requests submitted more than 7 days after the order date

4. Shipping Conditions and Thermal Sensitivity

The majority of our products are temperature and storage sensitive and are shipped with cold packs or thermal protection. Once products have left our controlled warehouse, we can no longer guarantee that returned items have been stored correctly.

Accordingly: returns cannot under any circumstances be restocked or reused. Returns are only accepted where a product was visibly defective upon delivery.

The customer is responsible for following all handling and storage instructions to ensure product quality.

5. Refund Procedure

If a return is approved, the following options are available depending on the circumstances:

  • Resending the same product as a replacement
  • Refund via the original payment method used

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of proven product defect or shipping error on our part

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt and verification of the return. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Transport Damage

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging and product

After reviewing the situation, we will offer, where eligible, a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the biologically sensitive nature of the products and the irreversible nature of the shipping process.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team.
